When documents are created or retrieved for use, they need to be stored. Storing documents can turn into a bit of a bother because of the need to keep them organized for easy retrieval and use. It often requires no hardware except for carrying out the storage and the retrieval functions, meaning your document are not stored physically bur over the internet.

This technology provides the following advantages:

  • It reduces the risk of data loss because good and credible cloud storage providers have multiple backups that make sure your data is kept safe
